MILWAUKEE Destash Event Application Deposit

BE SURE TO CHANGE THE QTY IN GREEN BOX TO 1

This is a $20 application deposit for The Milwaukee Destash Event. Happening Sun, March 7th 2027 at The Bavarian Bierhaus Glendale, WI. Deposit is required for all applications to be considered. In the event we are able to offer you a booth space the deposit will be applied to your booth fee, if not, the deposit will be refunded minus a $2 precessing fee. In the case an accepted vendor cancels after being accepted the deposit will be forfeit.

Applications close December 31st. Word of acceptance will arrive the first week of January.

Please Note: Vendors are responsible for providing your own table, chairs and display items. You are responsible for making your own sales and remitting any applicable taxes.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in the event, vendors acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and accept responsibility for their own property, products, displays, equipment, activities, employees, and assistants.

The vendor agrees to release and hold harmless the event organizers, event partners and sponsors, venue and property owners, and their respective employees, representatives, and volunteers from claims for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other liability arising from or related to the vendor’s participation in the event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of a released party.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or other requirements applicable to their business, products, services, demonstrations, or activities. Vendors are also responsible for ensuring that their booth, displays, products, and activities are operated safely and in compliance with applicable laws and venue requirements.
