BRICKYARD HOLIDAY JAMBOREE BOOTH FEE

Booth fee for accepted Brickyard Vendors. Price is listed minus the $20 application deposit. 

Please Note: Vendors are responsible for providing your own table, chairs and display items. You are responsible for making your own sales and remitting any applicable taxes.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in the event, vendors acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and accept responsibility for their own property, products, displays, equipment, activities, employees, and assistants.

The vendor agrees to release and hold harmless the event organizers, event partners and sponsors, venue and property owners, and their respective employees, representatives, and volunteers from claims for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other liability arising from or related to the vendor’s participation in the event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of a released party.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or other requirements applicable to their business, products, services, demonstrations, or activities. Vendors are also responsible for ensuring that their booth, displays, products, and activities are operated safely and in compliance with applicable laws and venue requirements.
